The hotel is located at the top of the hill away from the main Carvoeiro beach area. The rooms facing the pool would be our choice next time, and they overlook a courtyard. The stay was pleasant overall, but caution is advised about walking to the town due to the steep incline on the way back up. The 2-bedroom apartment provided a comfortable stay for us.
